Step 1: Assess your project and its needs. Do your best to figure out how much you will be throwing away and how long you think the project might take. Remodeling a bathroom and remodeling a whole house are two very different projects. 

Step 2: Call us to inquire about renting a dumpster. We give you a free quote and can also help answer any questions you might have regarding the size of the dumpster you need. We will also go over the rules you must follow when renting a dumpster, like what items can or can not be thrown into it, overage fees, procedures, etc. 

Step 3: Prepare for your dumpster to be dropped off. Typically, dumpsters are dropped off on your driveway so it's important to make sure there are no cars or other items in the way.

Step 4: Begin your project! You will likely only have the dumpster for a limited amount of time so there is little time to waste. It is important to also make sure you exercise caution when hauling items into the dumpster. 

Step 5: Call to confirm pick-up. If you finish your project early, in most cases your dumpster can be picked up earlier as well. Also, make sure that your dumpster is accessible for pick up or you could run into more fees. 

Choose the right size. You don't want to pay for space you aren't going to use, so it is important to estimate the amount of junk you plan on disposing before choosing your dumpster size.

Determine when you need a dumpster, and for how long. When planning your cleanout or renovation project, it's important to know the exact timing of when you will be doing so. What dates do I need for this? When do you expect completion? Knowing the answers to these questions beforehand will make the dumpster rental process go smoothly.

Pick a spot. Figure out where you will be putting your dumpster and avoid any headaches with parking and other inconviences that might occur.
